• Create, refine, and maintain the AI knowledge base.
• Convert unstructured materials (PDFs, emails, legacy docs) into Markdown/JSON with appropriate metadata.
• Operate content governance and update cycles aligned with business and policy changes.
• Collaborate with the AI Tester to close knowledge gaps revealed in testing.
• Work with engineers on optimal data formats and tagging schemas for AI consumption.

• Hybrid work model: 3 days per week from the office in Wrocław.
