Knowledge Manager Miejsce pracy: Łódź Your responsibilities Develop and execute a functional knowledge and learning strategy that aligns with organizational goals and capability requirements within R&D, the CI&TS team and the global learning strategy. Manage the creation, facilitation, and continuous improvement of R&D learning initiatives, including the CI&TS organization's knowledge exchange platforms (e.G. centralized knowledge management system, internal wikis, or dedicated collaboration space) Partner with subject matter experts and external content providers to ensure that learning content is relevant, up-to-date, and effective. Own the Technical Library, ensuring it serves as a comprehensive resource for the CI&TS team. Coordinate learning activities across regions, ensuring consistency and alignment with global L&D strategies and initiatives. Centrally maintain CI&TS specific knowledge, training and onboarding materials as well as customer training Drive the adoption of global and R&D-specific learning initiatives and foster a culture of continuous learning. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions, using data to inform future learning strategies. Manage the Document Management System (DMS) for CI&TS, facilitating secure and efficient access to critical documents and reports. Be part of the group-wide L&D community and follow the global L&D standards and processes at BC Stay updated on the latest trends in technologies, CI&TS and L&D to ensure R&D’s learning and knowledge management approach stays up to date. Our requirements Expertise in R&D Passion for Learning and Knowledge Sharing, Tech savvy ; well – organized, detail minded and accurate, Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing), Fluent in English, Experience in Learning and Development, particularly in developing effective e-learnings, Bachelor degree, Advanced knowledge of MS office applications, Articulate 360, ideally with Google Workspace, Open to learn on BC databases for learning, training and knowledge sharing. As the Head of R&D knowledge, you will play a crucial role in building the strategic capabilities across all regions in R&D. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, coordination, hands-on management and creation of learning resources and tools. You will manage the knowledge within R&D, collaborate with subject matter experts, and work with content providers to create, curate, facilitate, and maintain impactful learning initiatives.
