The goal is to build a world-class knowledge and collaboration hub to support our Client’s use of GenAI Coding Assistants—starting with GitHub Copilot (GHCP), the first AI tool approved for production use at Bank, currently used by 95% of HSBC developers.
responsibilities :
Lead the creation and ongoing development of the GitHub Copilot Expert Hub, a centralized knowledge and collaboration platform for developers using GitHub Copilot and other GenAI Coding Assistants.
Curate, maintain and regularly update a wide variety of resources including:
User stories, blogs, success cases
Prompt libraries and code repositories
Training materials, tutorials, webinars, and videos
Product roadmaps and external reference assets
Adoption metrics and developer sentiment surveys
Build and grow a strong community of subject-matter experts (SMEs) and internal “champions” who can share best practices and mentor others.
Design lightweight processes for content contribution and maintenance, enabling trusted users to update the hub efficiently.
Implement intuitive navigation and an enhanced search experience to ensure easy access to relevant information.
Set up feedback loops to support continuous improvement of the Hub and related processes
requirements-expected :
Proven experience in knowledge management, community building, and knowledge sharing initiatives, preferably within a large, matrix-based global organization.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
Excellent written and verbal English, including the ability to:
write clear technical and instructional content,
edit or rewrite English text authored by non-native speakers,
create engaging presentation materials and documentation.
Demonstrated self-starter mindset: able to take initiative, drive progress, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to explore and experiment with emerging technologies, especially in the field of AI-assisted software development.
Comfortable working in an outcomes-driven environment with minimal process overhead
