The creation of an Expert Hub that is the entry to anything GHCP related such as:

Repositories (e.g. Prompt libraries)
Relevant GHCP external assets including MS / GH public assets repositories

Expert GHCP developers and sources of knowledge (aka Champions ++)
Success stories
Benefits showcases
Videos and recorded webinars
Adoption and usage metrics
Communities of GHCP SMEs
Status reports
Training material and tutorials
Developer sentiment surveys etc etc
The people and processes required to keep all the above current:
Maintainers should be trusted to modify content without explicit review processes to reduce barriers to collaboration.
Maintenance should adhere to some basic contribution guidelines on clarity and styling.
Establish a feedback mechanism for continuous improvement.
Ensuring he Expert Hub should have an intuitive and effective search mechanism, which also mitigates some of the shortfalls of existing Confluence search!
requirements-expected :
Self-starter.
Track-record of developing knowledge acquisition, knowledge transfer, communities of interest, processes and content.
Proven ability to deliver globally across matrix-based organizations.
Strong Influential communication and interpersonal skills, able to operate well across cultures and in multicultural, diverse work environment.
Proficiency in verbal and written English, especially proficient in email communication, ppts, and in occasionally rewriting English content when written by a non-native speaker.
Willing to learn, explore and implement new and emerging technologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver high quality results under tight schedule and pressures.
