Know Your Business Partner Specialist

Join a pioneering Know Your Business Partner (KYBP) team within our Global Business Services (GBS) organization in Wroclaw. Help us grow and shape the GBS Center by contributing your expertise.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities, ensuring compliance with established processes and guidelines.
• Provide operational support to stakeholders with end‑to‑end process.
• Support monitoring and analysis of risk exposure across the third‑party portfolio, ensuring alignment with Boehringer Ingelheim’s risk appetite.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
• Manage task intake, prioritizing and tracking tasks using provided systems.
• Provide first‑level advisory support to customers via phone or email, focusing on resolving standard or moderately complex issues.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the internal knowledge base by documenting processes and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Fluent in English and German (min. B2 level).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance, sourcing or risk management, preferably within a Legal/Compliance Shared Service structure or an in‑house Compliance department.
• A university degree in Business, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• Strong customer focus and business partnering skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• High learning agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
