Tasks & Responsibilities

• Executing day-to-day Third-Party Risk Management activities, ensuring compliance with established processes and guidelines
• Providing support to stakeholders throughout the end-to-end Know Your Business Partner process, ensuring smooth execution of tasks
• Assisting in the monitoring and analysis of risk exposure across the third‑party portfolio, ensuring alignment with Boehringer Ingelheim’s risk appetite and exposure guidelines
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across various countries to ensure effective communication and task execution
• Managing task intake, prioritizing, and tracking tasks using provided systems and tools
• Supporting the team in maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to process improvements

About our future employee

You should speak fluent English (min. B2 level) and have strong customer focus and business partnering skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Additionally, we are looking for:

• A university degree in Business, Economics, Law, or a related field
• Eager to learn and grow within the field of Third-Party Risk Management
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• High learning agility and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
• A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
