ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Organizing production processes;
• Managing and supervising production shifts;
• Ensuring the continuity of production processes;
• Implementing production plans;
• Reporting production results;
• Optimizing production for efficiency, quality, and cost control;
• Collaborating with production preparation and maintenance departments;
• Verifying production documentation;
• Participating in creating the Production Department budget and ensuring its implementation;
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure the availability of raw materials and resources needed for the production process;
• Conducting periodic assessments of subordinate employees and establishing training plans for them;
• Carrying out activities in accordance with quality system procedures, initiating and implementing corrective actions.

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the Korean industrial manufacturing sector;

• Higher technical education;

• Communicative English skills and willingness to communicate in English on a daily basis;

• A CV in English is preferred.
