Your responsibilities

• Prepare and attend internal and external audits. Perform root cause analysis to deviations and support all the departments on this task, identifying corrective actions and ensuring adequate follow-up and effectiveness evaluation
• Create and ensure fulfilment of drills and monitoring plans (Food safety)
• Implement, maintain, monitor, follow up, control and improve the systems adopted by BA and implemented in the plant
• Support the plant´s departments, to ensure the compliance and the alignment with the company standards
• Work under the corporate coordination and contribute to the general performance of BA Group giving inputs and informing about best practices in place in the plant
• Ensure a “culture” of continuous improvement, detecting and helping to correct problems and studying opportunities to achieve the best performance of the management systems implemented or to implement at the plant
• Assist food safety team to complete the respective activities

Our requirements

• Communicative in English and Polish, able to interact effectively in an international environment – required
• Higher education (preferably in quality or related fields)
• Knowledge of management systems: preferably ISO 9001, and ISO 22000.
• Driving License and availability to travel (possibility of business trips)
• Willing to work in an industrial environment
• Good collaboration and negotiation skills
• We require a resume in English!
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 procedures
