Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office)
What You Will Do
As a Key Account Specialist you will support the Key Account Manager in managing relationships with key customers in the drugstore channel, driving business results and gaining experience toward a future Key Account Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to Key Account Manager(s) in managing relationships with key customers in the drugstore channel.
- Handle operational and administrative tasks related to customer management.
- Prepare data analyses and business insights to support strategic decision‑making.
- Monitor and report on promotional activities on a daily basis.
- Cooperate closely with cross‑functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, etc.) to ensure effective execution of joint initiatives.
- Lead small cross‑functional projects to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement new ideas and solutions to improve ways of working and boost sales results.
- Manage operations for a smaller drugstore customer, ensuring both strategic and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- University degree (business or related field preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience – ideally in sales support, key account assistance, or field sales.
- Previous experience in FMCG or a similar dynamic business environment is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Motivation and ambition to grow professionally toward a Key Account Manager role.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level).
- Good command of MS Office tools; experience with CRM systems is an asset.
