Key Account Specialist, Advanced Surgery

Location: śląskie, opolskie, świętokrzystkie territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Promote the clients portfolio for the Advanced Surgery business through face‑to‑face calls, presentations, workshops, and participation in local and national congresses and conferences.
  • Maintain close collaboration with external customers including hospitals—management, administration, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, customer operations—as well as wholesalers and consortiums.
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders (Marketing/Customer Operations, Medical Department, Regulatory Affairs, and Technical Service) to create sales processes in the assigned territory.
  • Realize sales targets by managing complex sales cycles and developing territory business plans.
  • Foster relationships to grow business and differentiate Baxter’s solutions from competitors.
  • Analyze competitive environment and conduct Baxter/competitor sales analysis.

Qualifications

  • University degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a sales representative in a medical or pharmaceutical company.
  • Experience in hospital sales and operating room is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • Fluent Polish is a must.
  • Valid driving license “B” and driving experience.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to establish business relationships with customers.
  • Customer and goal orientation.
  • Strong analytical skills to perform customer profiling, segmentation, and build actionable account plans.
  • Initiative and self‑motivation.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Compensation: The minimum salary for this position is 136 000,00 PLN annually. Initial pay may be at the minimum or higher based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors, all subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long‑term incentive.
