Key Account Specialist, Advanced Surgery
Location: śląskie, opolskie, świętokrzyskie territory
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Promote the clients portfolio for the Advanced Surgery business through face‑to‑face calls, presentations, workshops, and participation in local and national congresses & conferences.
- Develop close cooperation with external customers: hospitals – management, administration, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, customer operations, wholesalers, and consortiums.
- Collaborate with internal customers (Marketing, Customer Operations, Medical Department, Regulatory Affairs, Technical Service) to create sales processes in the territory.
- Achieve sales targets by managing complex sales cycles and developing territory business plans.
- Foster relationships to grow business and differentiate Baxter solutions from the competition.
- Analyze competitive environment and Baxter/competitors sales data to inform strategy.
Qualifications
- University degree.
- At least 3 years of experience as a sales representative in a medical or pharmaceutical company.
- Experience in hospital sales and operating room sales is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Fluent Polish is a must.
- Valid driving license "B" and driving experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish business relationships with customers.
- Customer and goal orientation.
- Analytical skills for customer profiling, segmentation, and account planning.
- Initiative and self‑motivation.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

We understand compensation is important. The minimum salary for this position is 136,000.00 PLN annually. Pay may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors. The role may also include bonuses, discretionary incentives, and long‑term incentive options.
