Responsibilities
- Hunt for new business—generate leads, pursue prospects, and build long-term client partnerships
- Set ambitious sales targets, analyze performance data, and forecast growth to contribute to company-wide goals
- Represent the company with confidence and expertise in Poland, showcasing a deep understanding of our products and services
- Actively research market trends and customer needs to uncover new opportunities and position our solutions effectively
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow our customer base and strengthen our market presence
- Engage with potential clients to understand their challenges and deliver customized, value-driven solutions
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and company quotas through relentless focus and execution
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes related to sales and client accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales or Account Management
- Proven track record in FMCG (non-food) sales
- A true sales hunter with a proven track record in business development or market expansion
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for performance
- Excellent communicator and negotiator
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel and a service-driven mindset
- Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- CRM experience preferred
- Fluent in Polish and English
