CYBEROO (https://cyberoo.com/) is a cyber security vendor listed on the Euronext Growth Milan stock exchange, focusing on MDR (Managed Detection & Response) and Threat Intelligence services. CYBEROO has 3 offices in Italy and 2 technological hubs abroad.

As a Key Account Manager for Poland, you will be joining a young and fast-growing environment with a strong specialization in the IT managed security services sector. You will work closely with the EMEA Commercial Director, Area Manager Poland and other Key Account Managers and Presales Engineers, and will receive dedicated support from experienced Technical and Marketing teams.

The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in selling IT security solutions and services, which could have been gained at System Integrators, Channel Resellers, or Consultancy Companies. Knowledge of B2B business sales models is crucial, and a desire for professional growth is highly valued.

Responsabilities

  • Developing trust relationships with the assigned customer portfolio.
  • Prospecting and directly engaging customers to develop sales opportunities.
  • Developing and managing customer business opportunities in the designated geographical area (Poland) to increase CYBEROOs market share.
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Directly participating in the closing and negotiation processes in collaboration with the local partners.
  • Expanding relationships with existing customers.
  • Providing regular reports on progress and forecasts to stakeholders, utilizing key account metrics.
  • Experience in direct customer sales.
  • 3+ years of sales experience within the security solutions industry.
  • Goal-oriented with a structured work approach, drive, and a passion for sales.
  • Ability to plan short-term, medium-term, and long-term activities in order to consistently achieve objectives.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • Native level of written and spoken Polish
  • Experience with value-based selling approaches and communication at the C-level and with top management.
  • Strong searching skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel within the territory and abroad (valid driver license).
