Job Title : Key Account Manager

Job Description

As Key Account Manager HPM , you will be responsible for maximizing order intake, sales, price realization, and customer satisfaction while developing and optimizing the customer relationship for your dedicated region. The purpose of this role is to ensure the long-term profitability at your accounts for the HPM part of the portfolio. This role is a field position.

You are responsible for:

  1. Maximizing order intake, sales, and price realization for HPM.
  2. Ensuring continuity of the relationship with the accounts (hospitals, medical institutions).
  3. Identifying opportunities for your customers within the dedicated portfolio.
  4. Contributing to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies for HPM.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  1. University degree; a medical educational background would be an asset.
  2. Experience in sales or account management role, preferably within the healthcare business.
  3. Professional knowledge and experience in the usage of relevant marketing and sales techniques.
  4. Good English skills and Polish language proficiency.
  5. Excellent independent negotiation skills, performed within given guidelines and sales plan.
  6. High level of business acumen.
  7. Readiness for intensive traveling.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
