We are looking for Key Account Manager to manage and cooperate with key wholesalers in Traditional Trade channel.
- Co‑creating and maintaining strategic cooperation with key wholesalers in Traditional Trade channel.
- Managing cooperation with headquarters of key clients: Specjał, Unia, MPT and Eurocash
- Full responsibility for delivering turnover and margin targets for a defined customer groups (WHS & Eurocash)
- Implementing and assessing promotions in line with category and financial guidelines
- Monitoring both contractual and non‑contractual expenses
- Developing and improving sales tools.
- Cooperation with internal Teams including Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, Customer Service, Finance, Category teams.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the traditional FMCG market
- Experience working with retail or Regional Local Chains/MT and wholesale clients
- Excellent command of Polish, English proficiency at least B1 level
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- Advanced sales and negotiation skills
- Strong teamwork and coordination abilities
- Consistent track record of problem solving situation
- Knowledge of finance basics (P&L, margin, ROI)
