Job Description:

Join our ROCKWOOL Core Solution team in a newly created position as a Key Account Manager. We are looking for someone to develop the sales of our stone wool in the PREFAB (offsite construction) segment in Poland and the CEE region.

You will work in a small organization, ROCKWOOL Core Solution, consisting of 50 people, which is part of the international ROCKWOOL Group, employing over 12,200 people worldwide. ROCKWOOL Core Solution operates in the OEM sector, providing customer-specific stone wool solutions. We are looking for a mobile worker. One day a week is designated for remote work, so-called home office.

What you will be doing:

  1. Achieving sales targets in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia;
  2. Actively acquiring new sales markets among PREFAB manufacturers: prefabricated elements used in construction, including sandwich panels, insulated concrete blocks, insulating bricks, and other prefabricated insulated building elements;
  3. Supporting customers at various stages of the sales process;
  4. Visiting factories with sales potential, holding meetings with designers, technologists, and procurement department employees;

What you bring:

  1. Please submit CV in English ;
  2. Willingness to travel;
  3. 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales in the PREFAB / OEM segments;
  4. Technical education: construction, architecture, or related fields;
  5. High technical competence;
  6. Advanced English language skills - C1;
  7. Driving license category B;
  8. Residence near a major airport (no more than 2 hours from the airport);
  9. Ability to establish and maintain relationships;
  10. Independence in action, effective time planning, and organization skills;
