Responsibilities
- Manage the rare disease portfolio in the allocated territory - North Poland.
- Create, develop and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with KOLs and relevant stakeholders in your territory.
- Take responsibility for delivering on all commercial goals for the market, including successful product strategy, product launch, and sales targets.
- Develop detailed account plans that highlight the unmet needs of various stakeholders.
- Develop and execute promotional materials with HCPs.
- Utilize CRM system and report field visits into the CRM system as needed.
- Continuously learn and improve knowledge about products and selling skills.
- Lead your territory with effective tactical and operational planning, proactively collect competitive intelligence, and share insights with cross-functional colleagues.
- Act in accordance with all manufacturer SOPs, Medison policies, and any relevant industry codes of conduct.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders, providing progress updates on projects and identifying potential roadblocks.
- Engage and motivate to act in line with Medison values and culture, navigating a fast-growing environment where a patient-first approach contributes to our global mission.
Requirements
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in life and/or natural sciences, medicine, nursing, pharmaceutical or a similar discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Pharma as Salesperson, Medical Representative or similar on a local market.
- Proactive on a local market, entrepreneurial, and comfortable taking initiatives and learning from them.
- Prior experience with rare diseases, oncology, and orphan drugs.
- Demonstrated experience of successful product launches in your market.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fully bilingual, with local language skills for your market and business level English (written and spoken).
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Mobile, willing to travel across the country as needed, and possess a valid driver’s license.
