OLX, a dynamically developing global online classifieds service, is looking for an effective and motivated individual for the position of Key Account Manager to join our sales team. This person will be responsible for developing client relationships in Warsaw and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Active sales of OLX Praca solutions, acquiring new clients in Warsaw and surrounding areas.
- Responsibility for the development of a portfolio of regular clients.
- Achieving established sales and operational goals.
- Organizing and conducting sales meetings with clients.
- Being an Ambassador of the OLX Praca brand.
- Building partnership relationships and consulting with key clients at all levels of the organization (from HR staff to management).
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Experience in sales and business client relations.
- Experience in sales and collaboration with HR/recruitment departments.
- Documented track record of successes and experience in sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to develop long-term relationships with key clients.
- Proactive, goal-oriented attitude.
- Optimism in action.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Good understanding of online advertising models.
- Category B driving license.

- Employment contract with a guaranteed basic salary of 8000-9000 PLN gross and a monthly bonus (calculated as 50% upon achieving 100% of the target).
