Your responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a 12-month Joint Business Plan (JBP) for key clients
  • Managing and developing relationships with retail chains in the hypermarkets and convenience stores channel
  • Monitoring P&L, sales, market share, and optimizing business performance
  • Creating innovative promotional and sales solutions, tailored to the specifics of the modern trade channel
  • Collaborating with international teams and engaging in CSR projects
  • Building strong client relationships and participating in negotiations

Employer requirements

  • Minimum 2/3 years of experience as a ey Account Manager handling hypermarkets (Auchan, Carrefour, Kaufland) or convenience stores (Żabka, Action, Dealz)
  • Proficiency in P&L, Nielsen, and working with KPIs: sales value, market share, creating sales strategies
  • Strong negotiation skills, particularly when dealing with challenging clients
  • Creativity, team collaboration, willingness to support colleagues, and commitment to CSR initiatives
  • Excellent command of English, enabling effective communication in an international environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Higher education - preferred fields: marketing, management, economics, or related disciplines
