Key Account Manager Hotel Business Poland (m/f/d)

For the Polish market, we are looking for a Key Account Manager Hotel Business Poland (m/f/d).

Your Role

As Key Account Manager Hotel Business Poland, you are responsible for the acquisition and management of regional hotel partners in Poland. With your solid experience in key account management, you maintain national and international customer relationships in a structured, analytical, and strategic manner. Your background in hospitality or tourism enables you to successfully acquire and develop new partners for the Polish market.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic and operational management of Polish hospitality key accounts
  • Acquisition of new hotel partners (hotel chains and individual hotels), including presentations, negotiations, and contract conclusion
  • Scaling existing customers to international source markets
  • Content maintenance within the internal CMS
  • Planning, execution, and coordination of customer campaigns
  • Market and customer analyses for the Polish market
  • Implementation of sales strategies including performance monitoring
  • Documentation of sales activities and CRM maintenance

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in hospitality key account management
  • Strong negotiation skills and high motivation for new customer acquisition
  • Additional experience in purchasing (hotels or OTAs) is a plus
  • Deep industry knowledge in leisure hospitality
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Independent, structured, and self-reliant working style
  • Commitment, initiative, resilience, and flexibility
  • Strong teamwork and coordination skills
  • Good understanding of technical and business processes
  • Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel
