Key Account Manager GI/GU (Lubuskie, Dolnośląskie, Wielkopolskie)

AstraZeneca is looking for a Key Account Manager to take overall responsibility for managing the assigned territory, implementing and maintaining the marketing strategy for the product through strategic management of key units and building the position and brand of AstraZeneca and its products in the territory of the lower Silesian, Polish western (Zielona Góra), southern part of the Greater Poland province.

Preferred place of residence: Wrocław.

Responsibilities

  • Build and implement short‑ and long‑term strategic plans for the territory (Key Account Plan).
  • Continuously expand and update knowledge and skills in specific areas.
  • Build and develop the position of ASTRAZENECA and its products in specified institutions.
  • Build, maintain and develop relationships with clients based on high expertise and professional partnership.

Qualifications

  • Higher education.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the role of Key Customer Partner or Key Customer Specialist with proven high results.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in oncology.
  • Very high level of oncology subject matter knowledge.
  • Strategic thinking, high decisiveness and responsibility.
  • Wide analytical skills.
  • Self‑sufficiency and own motivation.
  • Knowledge of Public Procurement Law and conditions related to closed healthcare.
  • Experience with Drug Programs welcome.
  • Computer skills (MS Office).
  • Driving licence (category B) and practice in driving.
  • Digital technology proficiency.
  • English communication level.
