About Our Client

The person in this position will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key partners to drive sales and profitability.



This role involves creating and executing sales strategies, ensuring product availability, and aligning trade marketing activities with overall business goals.

Job Description

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients in the Modern Trade Channel
  • Creating short-term and long-term marketing and sales plans, JBPs
  • Ensuring in-store availability of all SKUs
  • Aligning and executing trade marketing and promotional activities with the modern trade sales strategy
  • Leading negotiations, managing promotion budget, portfolio management
  • Creating reports and analysis, consumer behavior, and trends analytics
  • Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve consistent growth

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager
  • Experience and knowledge of the Modern Trade Channel
  • Fluent in written and spoken Polish and English
  • Proven track record in sales, with great communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Proactive, open-minded, with a hands-on attitude, flexible personality
  • Strong motivation and goal-oriented
