Our Warsaw-based team is looking for a person willing to take an ambitious Key Account Manager role in the eCommerce Poland department. A person with a real passion for business, who wants to work for one of the biggest online players in Poland like Amazon, Allegro, and more, and is ready to enable the business to drive positive sales growth results.

The role focuses on building company sales via creating demand for our products, achieving competitive advantage of sales e-fundamentals (Distribution, Search Positioning, Pricing, Marketing Support) and promotion/features activities in all customer events and beyond in a cost-effective way.

With us you will:

  1. Create and develop Customer’s Business Plans, co-lead year-end negotiations.
  2. Develop, sell, and evaluate with the Customer the Joint Business Plans to deliver sales critical metrics and online presence metrics like content, description, Share of Search.
  3. Lead your portfolio to use internal funds to achieve sustainable volume and value growth.
  4. Design and Execute Demand Creation Campaigns for your Categories and customers.
  5. Demonstrate Customer’s specifics knowledge for reliable input to P&G initiative planning.
  6. Lead the deployment of multifunctional resources and funds against clearly defined Customer-specific value creation and online presence opportunities.
  7. Perform operational work related to day-to-day business (i.e., volume forecasting, customer reports, updates on trade and competition, budgets management, etc.)
  8. Analyze and recommend new ideas on how to improve sales in a given category. Build category in-depth understanding across the team.
  9. Build collaborative business relationships with internal and external partners.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in the e-Commerce area.
  2. Customer management - ability to lead the customer internally and externally (end-to-end).
  3. Passion for learning, developing yourself, and taking new challenges.
  4. Attitude of continuously striving for excellence, and ability to take calculated risk to achieve superior results.
  5. Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills, together with the ability to influence others.
  6. Agility to provide clear direction to drive the best online execution.
  7. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
