About The Role

As a Key Account Manager at Colibrix One, youll play a vital role in building strong, lasting relationships with merchants, collaborating across departments, and driving innovation through a deep understanding of client needs. This is a client-facing, strategic position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client onboarding, including gathering and conducting an initial review of documents
  • Advise customers regarding products and services
  • Establish and maintain sustainable customer relations
  • Maintain and update the client database
  • Act as the single point of contact for the merchant and facilitate dialogue between them and finance, compliance, and operations departments
  • Anticipate client needs and challenges, and work with the internal team to develop action plans for addressing issues and ideas that drive innovation and best practices

Your Profile

  • Passion for providing the best client experience
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to persuade and voice your opinion
  • Dedicated, motivated, and confident personality driven by personal achievements and accomplishments
  • Previous experience in a client-oriented role in the B2B sector
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Ability to prioritize own workload and work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to challenge established norms and proactively seek improvements and better solutions

What you need to succeed in this role

  • 1+ year’s experience preferably within a regulated entity in a similar role in banking, payments
  • Higher education in Business management, Economics, or other – would be an advantage
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to convey complex information clearly and understandably
  • Fluency in English and Russian (proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset)
