Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive e‑commerce sales strategy to drive online revenue growth.
  • Oversee customer P&Ls and manage all relevant elements of the overall P&L.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies, including pricing, contract terms, and Digital Retail Media investments, ensuring online catalogs of e‑commerce channels are up-to-date.
  • Identify new e‑commerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.
  • Analyse the sales data (sell‑in, sell‑out) to improve the future strategy of the company in the e‑commerce area.
  • Analyse and optimise digital tools such as Google Analytics, Allegro Analytics, etc., to increase sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3‑5 years of experience in e‑commerce sales, preferably in FMCG.
  • English at a communicative level.
  • Familiar with P&L processes, financial principles and key metrics.
  • Experience in analysing & reporting data and using digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid driving license.
  • High‑level negotiation skills with experience driving e‑commerce success.
