Key Account Manager - Decorative & Solar Lighting Solutions

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to manage and develop long-term partnerships with manufacturers and distributors across Poland. The role focuses on modern decorative and solar lighting solutions used in outdoor and seasonal decoration.

Location: Kraków / Katowice Region

Provisional start date: 1 February 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing cooperation with existing clients across Poland
  • Conducting regular visits to manufacturing partners, analysing production cycles and securing repeat orders
  • Presenting the product portfolio (decorative LED & solar solutions), including pricing, technical specifications and applications
  • Monitoring stock levels and planning future deliveries in coordination with production and logistics teams
  • Receiving and processing orders, maintaining continuous communication with clients
  • Identifying, sourcing and visiting new business partners to expand the customer base
  • Supporting clients in product selection and planning seasonal campaigns

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in decorative lighting, solar décor, seasonal decoration or similar manufacturing-based industries
  • Strong proactive attitude and high level of self-motivation
  • Understanding of production processes and purchasing practices within manufacturing environments
  • Fluent Polish
  • English at C1 level (for communication with international headquarters)
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Poland
  • International sales exposure will be considered an advantage

Education & Experience

  • Minimum: Completed high school education
  • Required: At least 3 years of relevant sales experience
