Key Account Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Active acquisition of new customers and business contacts as well as building and maintaining long-term relationships with them (markets: Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Greece)
  • Ensuring customers’ satisfaction and managing their expectations
  • Processing all issues and escalations, if any appear on the customer’s side
  • Preparation and presentation of the companys commercial offer
  • Adjusting the offer to customers’ groups
  • Implementation of sales plans
  • Analysis of competition and reacting to changing market conditions

Our requirements

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written (fluent knowledge of any of the following languages: Spanish, French, Italian, German as an advantage)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in working in a similar position in B2B sales
  • High skills in building and maintaining relationships and negotiating skills, while focusing on the achievement of business goals
  • Initiative, commitment and determination
  • Good organization of work, efficient navigation in the environment of MS Office tools and sales support systems.
