Your role: Key to our growth in Denmark
Elektro-Vision provides qualified Polish professionals – mainly electricians, welders, and carpenters – to Danish construction companies.
We offer full solutions: skilled workers, accommodation, tools, and vehicles. Now we are looking for someone who can lead our sales efforts and develop our client base in Denmark.
And perhaps you’ll become the future head of our sales department, responsible for building and managing your own team. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative and wants to create something long-lasting.
You’ll be part of an international team
You’ll work closely with both our Polish and Danish teams. That’s why it’s essential that you speak and understand Danish fluently, as well as communicate confidently in English. You’ll be the link between our clients and our recruitment operations – cultural understanding and clear communication are key.
You’ll be responsible for finding new projects and job opportunities across Denmark for our teams of electricians, welders, and carpenters.
That’s why a strong network in the construction industry – or the ability to build one quickly – will be a major advantage.
Your tasks will include:
- Identifying and building relationships with new clients in the construction industry
- Reaching out and presenting our complete staffing solutions
- Working closely with our recruitment and operations teams in Poland and Denmark
- Developing our business in Denmark – and growing with it
- In the long term: building and leading your own sales team
- Knowledge of the Danish construction market is a big advantage
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in B2B sales or knows the construction industry
- Is energetic, ambitious, and result-driven
- Is outgoing and confident in talking to people
- Has a strong desire to grow and learn
- Speaks and understands Danish fluently
- Communicates well in English
- Knows the Danish construction market – or is willing to learn it fast
- Is skilled at building and maintaining a professional network within the industry
