We expect that you succeed in:

  • Developing the relationship with one of our key clients.
  • Building a deep customer intelligence and strong networking with key Stakeholders at the Retailer’s.
  • Creating a growth strategy for our Client and executing it.
  • Understanding the categories, challenges, specifics of the Client and building a strong joint business plan.
  • Successfully taking charge of the yearly negotiations with the Client and building the growth strategy for the Customer.
  • Forecasting and reporting.
  • Working closely with other departments and functions in order to connect Account Key Stakeholder of their L’Oréal counterparts.
  • Growing the Client’s business in a long term and successful for both sides way.

Our requirements:

  • Experience with a FMCG business where power brands are part of your every-day work.
  • Being master in building, developing and retaining both internal and external relationships.
  • Ability to develop your team members to get them “dressed for success”.
  • Taking great ownership in your business and being ambitious.
  • Analytical skills, ability to work with data analysis and with Excel.
  • Result oriented and energetic approach.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, open for constant development.
  • Being an excellent communicator with great detail orientation and the ability to have the bigger perspective.
  • Being great team player that thrive in a busy and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in e-commerce area will be a big plus.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
  • Being ready for journey of many projects and new beauty tech solution with the Leader on the beauty market.
