Opis stanowiska pracy

Our Client, an international company from the healthcare sector, is looking for a Key Account Manager to join their ranks.

  • attain specified weighted & numeric distribution goals. Establish an efficient distribution framework with the distributor representing Company in the aforementioned sectors within defined timelines
  • ensure efficient distribution of Company products across planned areas/cities, expanding both the breadth and depth of distribution
  • implement market activities to achieve maximum visibility and generate excitement, laying the groundwork for acquiring optimal market shares
  • provide monthly secondary sales reports categorically by units and value; offer recommendations on business development initiatives and ways for the company to enhance product marketability in target markets
  • engage with the Marketing team to share market insights and competitive feedback
  • coordinate with distributors team, and regulatory affairs team on all regulatory documentation, development of all new artworks etc. to ensure efficient execution of product / packaging changes and new product launches
  • regularly interact with Supply Chain team to ensure a healthy supply chain to ensure effective monitoring and timely collaborative decision making to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
  • ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services to customers.
  • perform additional duties as assigned

  • min. 3 years of experience in FMCG and pharmacy area
  • proven key account management in Drugstores, Hypers/Supers, Discounters or Pharmacy channels
  • experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • experience in cooperation with distributor sales teams
  • dynamic, self-starter with a very high-level integrity
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • fluent Polish & very good level of English
  • university degree
  • experience and knowledge of CE markets/distributors, retailers - will be additional asset
