Opis stanowiska pracy
Our Client, an international company from the healthcare sector, is looking for a Key Account Manager to join their ranks.
- attain specified weighted & numeric distribution goals. Establish an efficient distribution framework with the distributor representing Company in the aforementioned sectors within defined timelines
- ensure efficient distribution of Company products across planned areas/cities, expanding both the breadth and depth of distribution
- implement market activities to achieve maximum visibility and generate excitement, laying the groundwork for acquiring optimal market shares
- provide monthly secondary sales reports categorically by units and value; offer recommendations on business development initiatives and ways for the company to enhance product marketability in target markets
- engage with the Marketing team to share market insights and competitive feedback
- coordinate with distributors team, and regulatory affairs team on all regulatory documentation, development of all new artworks etc. to ensure efficient execution of product / packaging changes and new product launches
- regularly interact with Supply Chain team to ensure a healthy supply chain to ensure effective monitoring and timely collaborative decision making to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
- ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- perform additional duties as assigned
- min. 3 years of experience in FMCG and pharmacy area
- proven key account management in Drugstores, Hypers/Supers, Discounters or Pharmacy channels
- experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- experience in cooperation with distributor sales teams
- dynamic, self-starter with a very high-level integrity
- excellent interpersonal skills
- fluent Polish & very good level of English
- university degree
- experience and knowledge of CE markets/distributors, retailers - will be additional asset
