Your responsibilities

Develop and execute effective commercial strategies to achieve business objectives
Manage business development efforts for inspection and certification services
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Develop and manage revenue/focused budgets
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
Create and implement commercial plans aimed at maximizing revenue
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead
Collaborate with other departments to ensure business objectives are met

Our requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position, knowledge of Polish market would be a strong asset
Fluent in English (spoken and written) – essential
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proven ability to build long-term business relationships
Ability to analyse sales data and make informed decisions
Valid drivers license (Category B) – mandatory
Experience in budget development and management
Excellent knowledge of agricultural and certification market
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build business relationships
