Position: Key Account Manager 

Role Overview

As an Account Manager (Forex) – KAM, you will be the primary point of contact for clients in high-risk industries, including gambling and Forex. This role focuses on managing client relationships, supporting integration processes, and ensuring clients maximize the value of the company’s payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the Forex industry, ensuring strong relationships and smooth communication.

  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction, particularly for businesses relying on secure payment solutions.

  • Oversee client interactions post-sales, including contract management, chat creation, and guiding the entire integration process for payment systems.

  • Proactively monitor client statuses, such as conversion rates and transaction turnovers, ensuring clients effectively leverage solutions to reduce costs and expand into global markets.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, notify them of updates, and prepare pricing proposals tailored to their needs.

  • Take initiative in operational tasks, analyze market trends within the Forex industry, and prepare strategic recommendations to formulate winning proposals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and support for payment processing solutions.

  • At least 2 years of experience in account management within a PSP, with a focus on Forex clients.

  • Fluent in English and Russian.

  • Strong understanding of Forex operations and payment solutions, including crypto processing.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and identify opportunities for growth and client success.

  • Organizational skills with a focus on high-risk industry compliance and record management.
