• Achieving set sales and quality targets
• Managing and monitoring budgets
• Negotiating commercial terms and agreements
• Co-creating and implementing product strategy
• Organizing and coordinating promotional campaigns (defining formats, schedules, and overseeing performance)
• Developing sales budgets and plans for assigned clients
• Participating in internal projects
• Collaborating with other members of the sales team
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
• In-depth knowledge of the FMCG market and current industry trends
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative approach to identifying new opportunities for client collaboration
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
