We are growing and to be able to support our growth we are looking for a skilled Account Manager to take care of our existing customers in Kraków. This is one of the key roles in our company to fulfill the mission of being trusted partner, building strong relationships with key customers and extending our services.

Your challenges

  • Developing client management and growth strategies
  • Understanding clients domains, projects, and correlations
  • Anticipating client needs, identifying new business opportunities, and proposing tailored outsourcing solutions
  • Building client relationships by understanding their structure and key stakeholders
  • Regularly updating clients on project progress, preparing reports, and performance metrics; gathering and sharing feedback with teams for continuous improvement
  • Participating in regular client meetings and events, preparing presentations and recommendations
  • Attending conferences to network and deepen business understanding
  • Analyzing competitors activities, tracking industry trends and best practices
  • Collaboration with Center of Competences (COC)
  • Working closely with the Recruitment Team to ensure alignment of hiring efforts with project needs and client expectations 
  • Monitoring client satisfaction

Candidate profile

  • MA in business administration, sales or similar
  • Wide experience in sales positions (preferred in IT Services and IT Consulting)
  • Knowledge of the IT landscape
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Determination and ambition to achieve goals
  • Outgoing, proactive, and open-minded personality
  • Ability to work independently and manage own time
  • Professional approach to work and strong sense of responsibility
