Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results‑oriented professional to oversee the development and management of key customers in the Europe market, and to drive the growth of our lawn and gardening as well as power tool equipment business in mainstream retail channels. This position will focus on building deep partnerships with core key customers, implementing strategic decisions, and enhancing brand competitiveness through market insights and localized operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Key Customer Development and Management

Drive sales growth for key customers including OBI, Lechmeran, Castromano, Bauhaus, K‑Rauta (Kesco), Jula, Metro, Media Expert, Elgiganten, etc., and achieve performance targets.

Establish and maintain long‑term strategic customer relationships to ensure alignment with the company’s organizational goals.

2. Strategic Execution

Implement the company’s strategic decisions to ensure their effective implementation in the Europe market.

3. Customer Engagement and On‑site Operations

Regularly travel to customer offices, retail channels, and stores for business trips to monitor sales performance and provide feedback.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise pricing strategies and promotional activities.

4. Localization and Brand Building

Lead product localisation efforts, including channel product training, new product launch support and coordination of marketing activities.

Supervise in‑store display optimisation and ensure brand consistency across all retail partners.

5. Market Insights and Competitive Analysis

Conduct in‑depth market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends in the lawn and gardening equipment sector.

Analyse competitors and their products to refine sales strategies and drive competitive advantage.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required.

5+ years of sales experience in Poland, with experience in the lawn and gardening equipment industry preferred.

Have a keen market insight and data‑driven operational capabilities.

Proficient in digital marketing tools and customer relationship management systems (CRM).

Have excellent communication, negotiation, and cross‑cultural collaboration skills.

Language Skills

Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages such as Polish is preferred).

Travel Requirements

Frequent travel, including domestic (Poland) and international assignments.
