How you make the difference

This role is essential for strengthening strategic relationships with key clients and driving sustainable business growth. As a KAM, the expected outcomes are to maximize sales opportunities, ensure flawless execution with our partners, and contribute to long-term value creation for the Company.

How Your Agenda Looks Like

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer P&L, and key business KPIs to ensure delivery of volume, price, mix, and profitability targets
  • Manage daily relationships with key customers, ensuring excellent collaboration and flawless execution of assortment, visibility, promos, and in-store activities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding customer coverage and driving sustainable growth
  • Lead portfolio and promotional activities, including NPD launches and In/Outs management, ensuring strong brand positioning and optimal distribution
  • Prepare and support annual negotiations, aligning business plans and commercial conditions with the Bolton Polska strategy
  • Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to strengthen pricing, distribution, and brand presence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of the business agenda

Your Team

The role will work in close collaboration with the Marketing team and in coordination with Finance and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution of the business agenda.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Master’s degree
  • 5–6 years of experience in Traditional Trade retail chains, distributors, and wholesalers, with hands‑on experience in housework and DIY categories
  • Strong analytical skills, combined with excellent presentation and communication abilities
  • Results‑driven mindset with a proactive, “can‑do” attitude
  • High ethical standards and strong personal integrity
  • Fluency in English and Polish is mandatory
