Role Summary
- Strategically manage key accounts in the poultry industry.
- Drive sales growth, market share, and long‑term partnerships.
- Field‑based role with daily customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans with cross‑functional teams.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Lead workshops, presentations, and symposia.
- Prepare and conduct impactful customer meetings.
- Promote our companys products by aligning solutions with customer needs.
- Secure customer commitment and drive product adoption.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Veterinary Science is preferred.
- Field sales experience in Animal Health is an advantage.
- In‑depth knowledge of the poultry industry is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, diplomacy, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel and work independently.
- Drive license Cat. A.
