Role Summary

  • Strategically manage key accounts in the poultry industry.
  • Drive sales growth, market share, and long‑term partnerships.
  • Field‑based role with daily customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans with cross‑functional teams.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Lead workshops, presentations, and symposia.
  • Prepare and conduct impactful customer meetings.
  • Promote our companys products by aligning solutions with customer needs.
  • Secure customer commitment and drive product adoption.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Veterinary Science is preferred.
  • Field sales experience in Animal Health is an advantage.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the poultry industry is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, diplomacy, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel and work independently.
  • Drive license Cat. A.
