We are partnering with a Global Healthcare Company to recruit a Key Account Manager (KAM).

Our client is a global healthcare organization committed to improving the quality of life for people who rely on their products and services. The company has a strong presence in the medical sector and is now further strengthening its commercial footprint in Poland — an exciting opportunity to join and influence future market growth.

As a Key Account Manager, you will build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem, lead commercial negotiations, and implement winning strategies that maximize business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and develop long-term relationships with key accounts, including hospitals, trade customers and medical shop partners.
  • Serve as the primary contact for hospital tenders, coordinating pricing, documentation and bid strategy.
  • Engage key decision makers to shape commercial opportunities and drive brand preference.
  • Optimize commercial agreements by managing purchase commitments, pricing, discounts and logistical requirements.
  • Execute account plans aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to ensure flawless execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Key Account Management or Sales within the healthcare or medical devices sector.
  • Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and tender management.
  • Proven ability to negotiate commercial terms and build strategic customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Polish and English (written and verbal).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences or related field.
