As a Key Account Manager/Specialist, your primary responsibility is to develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key customers. You act as the central point of contact, ensuring customer needs are fully understood and addressed while aligning these needs with the companys strategic goals. By effectively managing communication, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering tailored solutions, you help drive customer satisfaction and account profitability. Your role involves analyzing customer data, identifying growth opportunities, and proactively addressing any issues to build lasting partnerships and support the overall growth of the business.
