What You’ll Do
- Full end-to-end management of the product category: lineup creation, lifecycle planning, pricing, and market positioning
- Go-to-market strategy for both architects and installers – ensuring our products meet their needs and expectations
- Conducting market and competitive benchmarks to maintain a cutting-edge offer
- Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, R&D, and operations teams to turn product concepts into commercial success stories
- Tracking performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring that every product achieves its full market potential
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in DIY, construction, or building technologies industries
- Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management
- A strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach – you can build plans and make them happen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Polish and English
- Analytical mindset with a flair for market insights, pricing, and product positioning
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model (Warsaw-based)
