Main responsibilities: 

• Monitor website performance, user behavior, and key metrics using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). 
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Support SEO and digital marketing teams with data-driven recommendations.
• Provide regular performance reports and ad-hoc analysis, highlighting trends, opportunities, and optimisation areas.
• Work with key stakeholders to define and align tracking strategy and roadmap.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in web analytics or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of web analytics methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Knowledge of user behaviour analysis, traffic sources, conversion optimisation, and A/B testing.
• Be informed of digital marketing strategies and channels.
• Strong quantitative analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient communication skills in Russian.
• English proficiency at a minimum B1 level.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Confluence, Jira, or other project management tools.
