• Delivers impactful communications about Wind River Studio enablement to pilot and then wider audience using various channels, including the monthly newsletter, articles, and more
• Proofreads and edits content prepared by technical and multilingual contributors to ensure quality and consistent tone of voice
• Works with internal and WR teams to onboard programs to Wind River applications, applying change management practices (measuring business readiness, engaging with front-line employees, engaging and supporting people managers, preparing training materials)
• Supports organizational change management activities, including user adoption of the new Wind River toolset and ways of working
• Track analytics and metrics of Wind River campaigns that demonstrate the effectiveness of deliverables, providing insights and opportunities for improvement introducing a tool for email monitoring to maximize the impact
• Works with Wind River on delivering tool-related events online and offline for the global audience
• Provides best practices of communication, including writing guidebooks and playbooks, for, e.g. line WR Service Now agents
