We are searching for Junior UX Researcher with a background in social studies and UX experience to support our research efforts, specifically focusing on consumer electronics products (smartphones and wearable products). The ideal candidate will have experience in assisting or conducting user interviews, gathering and analyzing behavioral data, and managing user base for research purposes in the context of consumer mobile electronics. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of UX research.

Requirements

• Graduate from social science studies (psychology, cognitive science, sociology)
• 1-3 years of UX Research experience, preferably with mobile products
• Ability to assess user behavior during research projects
• Ability to work in an English language environment (min. B2 level)
• Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing business environment

Nice to have:

• UX/UI related education (postgraduate studies, UX courses, second degree UX studies)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Can independently take initiative and consistently deliver results

Responsibilities

• Support User Interviews: Assist in planning, scheduling, and conducting user interviews to gather qualitative data, particularly focused on mobile product users
• Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze user behavioral data related to mobile products to uncover insights on current designs
• User Base Management: Update and maintain the user database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Support Research Activities: Provide support in various research activities, including usability testing and surveys with an emphasis on mobile product use cases
• Collaborate with the team: Work closely with other UX Researchers, regularly reporting research output, including progress in planned actions and actively reporting any risks or problems found
• Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings to stakeholders
