We are currently seeking a Junior Treasury Manager to join our Treasury Team (based in Warsaw, Poland).

About the Treasury Team:

This team manages SKELAR’s cash flow and liquidity, enhances payment methods, and maintains relationships with key financial partners. We handle treasury operations of varying complexity to provide excellent service and strategic advantages for our businesses.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage payment infrastructure:
   
   - Advise on payment methods for internal and external users;
   
   - Ensure compliance of documentation for payments;
   
   - Execute payments via bank transfers, e-wallets, and cards.
2. Support monthly closing:
   
   - Reconcile bank statements for all payment methods;
   
   - Verify payment completeness;
   
   - Identify refunds or canceled payments and their reasons;
   
   - Automate and integrate CRM systems to reduce manual work.
3. Maintain relationships with financial institutions and partners:
   
   - Coordinate payment rules, deadlines, and limits;
   
   - Facilitate account openings to diversify and mitigate risks;
   
   - Approve counterparties through KYC procedures;
   
   - Resolve issues related to refunds and bank requests.

Required qualifications and skills:

• At least 1 year of finance experience in international companies, banks, Big4, or IT firms;
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to manage daily routines and strategic tasks independently;
• Proficiency in Excel;
• English proficiency at B2+ level.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with treasury operations in LatAm, Asia, or EU regions;
• Experience with diverse payment methods (bank transfers, e-wallets, cards).
