Responsibilities

  • Provision of analytical support to projects across the spectrum of our transportation planning business
  • Development and use of data processing tools to provide high‑quality inputs to modelling and appraisal activities
  • Work independently with macro and microsimulation modelling with minimal guidance
  • Be a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • Attend technical client meetings as required to present findings and outcomes of analytical work
  • Contribute to authoring technical reports and notes documenting work undertaken

What Youll Need

  • A Bachelors or a Master’s degree in a discipline such as Transportation, Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering or related
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in transport/transport systems planning, traffic modelling and forecasting
  • Experience and knowledge of traffic, socio‑demographic and economic data
  • Knowledge of analytical tools VISUM (knowledge of VISSIM is welcome)
  • Knowledge of supporting analytical tools GIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation
  • Experience in writing technical reports and presentations
  • Data analysis and communication skills
  • High interpersonal skills enabling work both independently and within a multidisciplinary, multicultural team
  • Good level of English
