Responsibilities

• Provision of analytical support to projects across the spectrum of our transportation planning business
• Development and use of data‑processing tools to provide high‑quality inputs to modelling and appraisal activities
• Work independently with macro and microsimulation modelling with minimal guidance
• Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience
• Attend technical client meetings as required to present findings and outcomes of analytical work
• Contribute to authoring technical reports and notes documenting work undertaken

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a discipline such as Transportation, Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 2 years experience in transport/transport systems planning, traffic modelling and forecasting
• Experience and knowledge of traffic, socio‑demographic and economic data
• Knowledge of analytical tools VISUM (VISSIM experience welcomed)
• Knowledge of supporting analytical tools GIS, AutoCAD, Microstation
• Experience in writing technical reports and presentations
• Data analysis and communication skills
• High interpersonal skills enabling work both independently and within a multidisciplinary, multicultural team
• Good level of English
