Junior Translation Specialist – Lithuanian (m/f/d)

Job location: Warsaw or remote in Poland. Position duration: 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately translate content from the source language into Lithuanian while maintaining meaning and quality.
• Preserve the original tone of voice and style to engage and resonate with Westwing customers.
• Adapt translations to the local market, culture, and target audience.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Ensure consistent terminology and language use across the website through thorough quality checks.
• Manage time effectively, meet deadlines under pressure, and leverage AI tools and technology to continuously improve translation quality.

Qualifications:

• Excellent Lithuanian skills (native level).
• Very good command of English.
• Sound knowledge of linguistic and stylistic correctness.
• Experience with text editing and proofreading.
• Open-minded attitude and eagerness to work in an international team.
• Reliability and attention to detail.
