Join us as a Transfer Agency Cash representative – Cash Processing Team

The Transfer Agency Cash representative within the Cash Processing Team will be responsible for accurately processing cash movements between internal firms’ accounts and processing transactions to final beneficiaries outside the company. These responsibilities require a solid understanding of various types of wire transfers, industry‑wide payment channels, and BBH’s own processing requirements. Timeliness and accuracy are key traits needed to succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of cash movements, intercompany transactions, dividend payments, and reconciliation of financial data.
  • Ensure all payments are performed within agreed standards.
  • Resolve cash payment issues.
  • Adhere to all established procedures and controls (including money‑laundering prevention and banking secrecy).
  • Communicate professionally and constructively to effectively address and resolve issues with other sections and departments.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and their shareholders.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of standard office applications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Aptitude for numbers, accuracy, and organization.
  • Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
