About the Role

Job Purpose: You will support the Trade Compliance department in executing daily tasks related to the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). You will follow structured procedures and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure documentation compliance. We offer a 1 year contract.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily checks and upload EUDR documentation for import and export processes.
  • Follow established procedures to manage records in the My Tower EUDR system.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams and vendors to ensure required documents are received and properly stored.
  • Escalate issues to the sustainability function when system statuses are not compliant.
  • Assist customs brokers by distributing Due Diligence Statement (DDS) numbers as per process.

Qualifications & Experience Required

Education

  • Interest in logistics and supply chain topics.
  • Basic understanding of international law and/or trade regulations.
  • Awareness of customs and tax law principles.
  • Curiosity about product compliance standards.
  • Any relevant education or introductory certifications in the above areas.

Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in administrative or support roles.
  • Comfortable working within established procedures and following detailed instructions.
  • Able to manage routine tasks with accuracy and consistency.
  • Exposure to process improvements is a plus, especially when guided by senior colleagues.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SAP and customs software is an asset.

Language Skills

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Any other European language is an asset.
