We are looking for a dedicated and communicative Junior Test Automation Engineer for a Client that provides web applications for their customers to R&D. Their team develops online and on-premises solutions for data management on materials and testing for industry customers.
Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases under varying circumstances for multiple software products, e.g. manual, explorative, and automated tests
- Work on documentation and evaluation of test results
- Detect, log, and report software bugs
- Track defects and provide support to troubleshoot errors
- Review test procedures and develop test scripts
- Partner with Developers and Product Owners to specify approaches and suggest improvements
- Prepare smart user documentation for review by Product Owner
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of AQA testing experience
- Very good knowledge of Java programming
- Experience in Agile frameworks and regression testing (desired)
- Practical experience in Git, GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines
- Be highly analytical and attentive
- Be team-oriented, structured, and independent
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
- English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher
